To turn that spark into a profession, I earned three degrees in Sociology, Marketing (CIM, UK), and Law. 30 years later, with 17 years at PepsiCo and 25+ brands created, I've turned that childhood dream into a career of building market leaders.

We developed Milasha as a dairy brand for children aged 3+. A kid-oriented character, cheerful packaging, and a product line made with natural ingredients, all tailored for children. The brand combines playful design with simple, healthy recipes to make daily nutrition joyful and fun.

We developed a functional dairy sub-line for active lifestyles based on thorough market research, consumer insights, and global trends. A dedicated visual design was created to clearly communicate its functional benefits — dairy nutrition enriched with superfoods and protein, designed for modern consumers who value clean ingredients and everyday balance.

We created a baking brand with a simple and clear idea. The product range includes spreads, flour, sugar, and starch. The packaging features a cheerful homemaker as the brand's hero. Simple visuals, clear information, and a consistent look across the range make baking feel easy.

We built the Grizli brand around strength, energy, and a modern lifestyle — and the idea that bears know how to snack. The packaging is designed in an ultra-modern style because meat snacks are no longer just food — they're a fast-growing, on-the-go category for active consumers. Grizli stands out on the shelf and speaks directly to snack lovers.

Chika — chicken meat brand

We created the name Chika for a chicken meat brand to signal that the product is different. We wanted to build a modern brand rather than another typical market product — one that feels intriguing and interesting. The packaging was designed to stand out on the shelf and move away from standard category visuals, clearly differentiating the brand.

MolokoMarket — dairy retail naming

We found a solution for naming dairy retail stores that bring together multiple brands, combining products from our own dairy plant and imported goods. To unify the dairy portfolio under one clear idea, we introduced the key word Milk into the name. This is how MolokoMarket was created — essentially a Milk Market, easy to understand. We also developed a simple and clear design to keep the focus.

Mumulia — emotional dairy brand

We created Mumulia as an emotional brand in the dairy category. Mumulia is the chief technologist of a dairy plant — an expert who knows how to choose the right milk and cultures for each product. The brand features a stylish character design of the cow together with her baby. This distinctive character is a core element of the communication platform, building an emotional connection with women who value care and support.

Pastoral — premium French style

We rebranded Pastoral with an ultra-premium design inspired by simple French style. The previous design was not relevant to the brand name and lacked consistency, so we conducted in-depth research into vintage French packaging and traditional dairymaid clothing to define the right mood and visual details. We also helped develop products based on classic French recipes.

Riga Gold — advertising campaign

We created and launched a full advertising campaign for Riga Gold, fully aligned with the brand's international premium positioning. The project focused on a refined creative platform, high-end video production, and visual assets developed in line with global brand standards and core brand values. The campaign was distributed across digital channels and social media, strengthening brand perception and supporting distribution goals.

We created a website for Riga Gold, an international canned fish brand. The website features a convenient, intuitive interface and presents products clearly, helping increase distribution by attracting new partners and distributors. The project was delivered end-to-end — from content strategy and copywriting to product photography and the final website launch.

Full advertising campaign, video production

Ekvator — PR & campaign

We created and launched a full advertising campaign for Ekvator, one of the leading Ukrainian canned fish brands. The project included a creative platform, copywriting, production of a commercial video featuring Ukrainian celebrities, and outdoor advertising. The campaign was amplified through social media and influencer collaborations, achieving strong organic reach — around 1 million natural views for selected Reels.

Roshen — Christmas & New Year sub-line

We developed the design for the Christmas and New Year sub-line of chocolate gift products for Roshen, one of the leading confectionery brands in Europe. The design followed the brand book, was refreshed with a European aesthetic, and achieved strong shelf visibility — leading to listing by leading retail chains in Ukraine and presence in Europe and the United States.

Business strategy

Beauty & Clean Company — strategy

We worked with Beauty & Clean Company to clarify and strengthen their business strategy. The agency conducted a detailed Marketing Audit and Customer Journey Mapping, helping optimize the marketing budget. Valeriya also led the collaboration with the UK team from the Head Office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, ensuring alignment and strategic guidance throughout the process. The project delivered valuable insights and a clear strategic roadmap.

Rice in Action — research

We conducted pre-launch research for the new ready-to-eat rice brand «Rice In Action», an international Spanish brand. The study covered price positioning, shelf-life benchmarks, product formulations, and ingredient composition across the category.
